Over the past year, I worked as an Art Director at a U.S.-based growth agency, leading creative direction for a portfolio of e-commerce brands across email marketing, paid media, web, and campaign development. My role involved both strategic creative thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that each brand maintained a distinct visual language while performing consistently across multiple channels.
As the team and processes evolved, I became increasingly focused on retention and lifecycle design, eventually developing a strong specialization in this area. I helped structure scalable design systems, improve production workflows, and create more efficient ways of working across high-volume email campaigns, while continuing to contribute to broader art direction and brand development.
This experience strengthened my ability to move between concept, systems thinking, and execution — combining art direction with a deep understanding of how design supports growth, retention, and long-term brand consistency in the U.S. market.
